We’ve named it “The Energy Building” — and that’s no coincidence. Our new plant in Tribano is much more than a production facility: it’s a space designed to bring together technology, sustainability, and well-being, in service of the people who work there and the world we operate in.

Spanning over 8,000 square meters, it already hosts more than 90 people — 40 of whom are in the hiring process — and features cutting-edge solutions, including testing booths for natural and flammable refrigerants. An investment of over 14 million euros, it marks a decisive step toward a more responsible industry.

The building was conceived with a strong green footprint: 345 kW of installed photovoltaics, energy class A4, 1.5 MW of power entirely from renewable sources, and a system that recovers 750 kW to heat the offices and production areas. A facility that embodies our vision of sustainable innovation.

During the inauguration, we also paid tribute to our founder, Mauro Mantovan, by presenting the graduation awards dedicated to him to five young engineers — a gesture that reflects HiRef’s longstanding commitment to education and to the future of the next generations.
