A historic Italian company, one of the largest in the confectionery sector, asked HiRef for the air-conditioning of a new hall, dedicated to the bagging of its famous snacks.

Requirements?
Maintaining a constant temperature in every season and the convenience of monitoring and regulating the operation of the entire plant, in real time and with a view to predicting faults.
HiRef has responded with TPL, high power density air/water unit, which guarantees maximum reliability and continuity of operation: perfect for maintaining a constant temperature, exactly at the desired level and in all months of the year.

To manage the new system and the connection with other suppliers' reversible hydronic units, HiRef's engineers programmed the HiNode software, capable of integrating the two systems with a single, clear and practical management.
The customer, therefore, can supervise the status of the three-way valves and the heat pump; control the parameters connected to the probes; monitor the speed of the terminal fans and the modulating pumps; read the water flow and return temperatures; and display data on the humidity and temperature of the working environment.

HiNode, then, facilitates the remote management of the system because it gives the possibility of remotely modifying the operating setpoints and also allows both the prevention of faults and early knowledge of any anomalies.
