HiRef: 'Glued' to success

HiRef has supplied an air/water chiller to one of the most prominent Italian companies in the glue manufacturing sector, enhancing the overall energy efficiency of the customer's production process.

The proposed solution is a chiller from the TVA range, equipped with screw compressors modulated by inverters and shell and tube heat exchangers.

This architecture allows for power delivery that adapts to the thermal load while ensuring high reliability of performance over time. High efficiency and reliability reduce both operating and maintenance costs. The high-density V-shape condensing coils allow for a reduced footprint, maintaining high efficiency despite compact dimensions.

Thanks to these features, HiRef's chiller has led to significant improvements in terms of energy efficiency, cooling capacity, and environmental sustainability. The project was carried out in synergy with HiRef Engineering, which worked closely with the customer to provide not only the unit but also a comprehensive engineering consulting service.
