The right conditioning allows the system to be quickly started up
Lausward, in the port of Düsseldorf, is a location host to an important cogeneration plant, capable of producing more than 600 MW of electricity and 300 MW of thermal energy for district heating in the city.
Siemens, which built the powerful turbine of the power plant, asked HiRef to provide cooling for the shelters that contain the power converters and inverters.
With 27 units installed, the shelters are kept at the right temperature and quick start-up of the system is guaranteed.
An excellent partnership for a system designed to provide heat and environment-friendliness at the same time.
