We were contacted by a leading textile manufacturing company with a clear request: to develop a solution for accurate monitoring of humidity and temperature levels in one of their new textile laboratories.
Precise control of air temperature and relative humidity is of paramount importance in the textile industry, as it significantly impacts process efficiency and the quality of end products.
Excessively dry air can render fibers brittle, leading to breakages and even affecting the size of finished textiles. Conversely, overly humid air can have a significant impact on yarn characteristics and material workability.
In response to this challenge, we provided a direct expansion NRG A perimeter air conditioner that offers extremely precise control of temperature (+/- 0.5°C) and humidity (+/- 2%). Thanks to the use of an inverter-modulated compressor, we can adjust the cooling power output at any time, ensuring both maximum control over room temperature and high energy efficiency.
Furthermore, we integrated a hot gas battery and modulating electric resistances to regulate post-heating of the air. An upgraded humidifier was also included to maintain humidity within the required range during drier seasons.
The features of this unit don't stop here! The system includes a base module with air intake filters, specifically customized for this installation, and a supply plenum for optimal air distribution, ensuring maximum comfort.
Moreover, thanks to the use of compressor covers and a complete double soundproof paneling, this machine operates extremely quietly, which is particularly important in environments frequented by people.
