The Comal food factory is based in Novi di Modena and has been producing high quality cured meats for over thirty years.

For the refrigeration of the cold rooms of its production plant, it chose to install 5 HiRef chillers, specifically sized to produce glycol water at -7°C with outdoor air temperatures up to 45°C.

How was the preservation of food guaranteed?
Thanks to 2 air motocondensing units and 25 evaporating units for the distribution of cooling capacity inside the cells, built and installed by Tecno Refrigeration, a subsidiary of HiRef specialised in "commercial refrigeration".
