If your machine is installed in Italy, the spare parts purchased are covered by a 6-month warranty from the HiRef shipping date shown on the delivery note (DDT, Transport Document in Italy).

The transport of the machine and/or spare parts is under warranty when:

- the transport was organised by HiRef;

- the goods are accepted subject to inspection according to the transport documents issued by HiRef and the carrier;

- the observed damage was reported within the terms and in the manner described in the warranty conditions and in the DDT.

Yes, at the time of purchase you can decide to extend your warranty for 36 months in addition to the 24 months already included in the warranty, by signing a routine maintenance contract for the entire duration of the warranty coverage. However, we also offer cover extension formulas for machines that have already started up.

The standard warranty for Italy covers your machine for 24 months from first-time start-up if carried out and certified by the official HiRef Service network, or no more than 30 months from HiRef shipment.

In the event of technical issues, an alarm code may appear on the display of your machine. To recognise it and quickly identify the problem, you can look for the code in the detailed list supplied with the documentation of your machine. Alternatively, you can download the list of codes from the ObDoc document portal by entering the serial number of your machine (if you are a direct HiRef customer) or requesting it by filling out the contact form on the website (if you purchased your machine from a dealer or an installer.)

You can ask to subscribe an ordinary maintenance contract at any time during the life of your machine.

If your HiRef air conditioning system is installed in Italy and you have chosen to include commissioning in your sales contract, please book it at support@hiref.it, by sending the form available on the "After sales" page; to complete it, please remember to have ready at hand your premises address, the machine serial number, the F-gas operator data and HiRef invoice number.

Don't forget that first-time start-up can only be requested by HiRef direct customers and after the machine has been installed. We recommend booking it at least two weeks before your preferred commissioning date

Each HiRef machine has a serial number which identifies it and which you will need to quote to submit a service request; you can find it on the silver-coloured plate applied to the outside framework of your machine and inside the electrical control panel.

A routine maintenance contract is a package of inspections carried out on your machine to ensure that it can always work at its best; these checks are to be carried out annually or more frequently - should you so choose. During maintenance we check the efficiency, functionality and safety of all devices and comply with F-gas obligations. All checks can be customised according to your type of machine and your needs.
