We define air conditioning systems according to the specific characteristics of each project so that they are adaptable, expandable, modular. By creating tailor-made systems capable of becoming product variants, we acknowledge the added value that each customer brings: uniqueness.

From the original idea to production, the life cycle of each product is entirely managed within the HiRef group. Assembly and performance tests are conducted in the Tribano plant near Padua, Italy, for all kinds of solution: room cooling, high-density cooling, chiller, TLC shelter, containment systems and air treatment units with adiabatic cooling.

We are flexible by nature and are able to customise air conditioning units by adjusting a number of elements: from dimensions to colours, from accessories to components, from software to operating technologies, in order to create customised products.

We make our technical know-how available to increase the skills of installers and maintenance technicians and to share the state-of-the-art of technological and regulatory solutions with designers.

HiRef Service after-sales specialists will assist you throughout the project, from installation and start-up to scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, with remote monitoring in the event of system faults.
